The LT series water tank type wire drawing machine produced by our company is suitable for drawing medium, high and low carbon carbon steel wire and copper wire with a diameter of less than 8.0mm. The production line adopts frequency conversion control. All gear transmission, gear belt combined transmission, toothed belt transmission and other transmission modes are similar to the design parameters and production process of most water tank wire drawing machines used in the industry, and there are no barriers to use.
Wet Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine
The LTZ series water tank straight wire drawing machine produced by our company is suitable for drawing medium, high carbon and high strength spring steel wire with a diameter of 8.0-13mm. It can also be equipped with a vertical reel for lexible rewinding. The diameter of the reel is 600-1200mm, which is equivalent to the operation mode of the dry straight wire drawing machine. It has the advantages of good cooling effect, low cost, and good torsion and tensile properties of the inished steel wire.
