Numerical Control Uncoiling and Slitting Production Line

This series of production lines is used to process coil materials of different specifications through uncoiling, initial straightening, head cutting, longitudinal slitting, and rewinding to become coil materials of required fixed width. The production line has reasonable wiring, convenient operation, high automation, high production efficiency, and can process various cold-rolled and galvanized plates, silicon steel plates, stainless steel plates, color plates, aluminum plates, and various metal plates after electroplating or coating. The production line mainly consists of feeding trolley, uncoiler, slitting machine, waste rewinder, head and tail shearing machine, tension control machine, and rewinder. At the same time, pendulum intermediate bridges, clamping and feeding devices, deviation correction devices, etc. are also equipped between each machine.
